Only a physician or hospital staff can enroll you in the application. Please talk to your doctor or hospital staff if you have not received your email invitation to the application.

The California Life Events parent application is available on any web browser and on apps for iOS and Android devices. Please see the links below to access the web version or download the app to your device.

Once a physician or hospital staff enrolls you in the app, you will receive an email with instructions for how to log in and complete your profile. Your login information will include your email address and a password you create during this process.

Please click the “Forgot Password?” button on the CA Life Events login page to reset your password.

Only CA Life Events administrators can enroll you in the app. Please contact providers@califeevents.org if you have questions about registration. Do not include any Personal Health Information (PHI) in your email, such as patient names, dates of birth, MRNs, medical history, diagnoses, etc.

After you are logged in, click the “Enroll a New Parent” button on your dashboard. You will enter the parent’s information, and they will receive an email with instructions to complete their profile.

CA Life Events for providers is available on any web browser. Enter https://uat.providers.califeevents.org/ in your browser to login.

Upon enrollment by a CA Life Events administrator, you will receive an email with a temporary password and instructions to log in.
